Reminder Of The Memories

Hi guys, This is Myr and welcome back to my stories. while scrolling through moments i found this beautiful picture and thought to refresh your memories. Read the lines written on it.

"And you'll make it through what comes along
your life can be what you want it to
persist, have courage, stay strong
your dreams are waiting to be realized"

Does it remind something to you? from the first day of landing at Shenyang Airport to the last day going back suddenly without knowing if we would be able to go back once or not, we eagerly wanted to finish and go back home. All had that thought in our mind while walking down the streets of Shenyang, counting the years left to graduate that whatever it come through we're going to face it together. From first day encouraging and helping eachother and saying we'll make it through, all this difficulty going to be worth it and we'll get what we all have struggled here for, we came so far this journey. this streets, big tall buildings, roads, parks, people, everything gave us the energy to come to the end of our journey. Looking at this picture while sitting back at home after graduating brings smile and a sense of pride to all of us that we have been a part of this beautiful city and yes we all miss it.
Let's hope everything gets better again, wishing everyone good health. Please write in comments if this made you look back to any memories. And don't forget to support and subscribe this page😜. Thanks for Reading and See you again till something interesting gets my attention😊.

From athletes and fitness enthusiasts to elderly individuals with sarcopenia, its use spans multiple demographics. But the question remains: Is whey protein truly beneficial — or potentially harmful? Let’s examine the science. What Is Whey Protein? Whey protein is derived from milk during cheese production. When milk coagulates, it separates into: Curds (solid fraction → cheese) Whey (liquid fraction → protein-rich) Whey is considered a complete protein because it contains all nine essential amino acids.
