Overview Shenyang is a city where mostly you can see two seasons, winters and summers. rainy you'll see often during summers and winters both. lowest temperature here is around -28 degree C and highest temperature is around 36 degree C. if you ask which one i like i would say of course winters because i like the cold more. cold here starts little bit from November and you start taking your warm clothes out of wardrobe till the end of November.
