​ 1. Definitions: Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS) SIRS describes a non-specific systemic inflammatory state, triggered by infectious or non-infectious insults. SIRS Criteria (Traditional) Presence of ≥2 of: Temperature >38°C or <36°C Heart rate >90/min Respiratory rate >20/min or PaCO₂ <32 mmHg WBC >12,000 or <4,000 or >10% bands SIRS can occur in: Trauma Burns Pancreatitis Post-operative states Infections SIRS is not equivalent to infection. Hi Friends, First of all i would like to thank all of you for giving much love and support to my first blog. Here i am with fresh new story. when i was thinking what to write next, a friend suggested me to write about my experience of winters in china. i'm sure it'll almost refresh everyone's little bit of memories. Overview Shenyang is a city where mostly you can see two seasons, winters and summers. rainy you'll see often during summers and winters both. lowest temperature here is around -28 degree C and highest temperature is around 36 degree C. if you ask which one i like i would say of course winters because i like the cold more. cold here starts little bit from November  and you start taking your warm clothes out of wardrobe till the end of November.
